Katrina Kaif who was shooting in Beirut at that time could not made it to the store launch.

But she surely did drop by as soon as she landed in Mumbai.

Hrithik Roshan is known to maintain healthy relationships with his colleagues in the industry.

So we were surprised when we heard of his fallout with Salman Khan while he was busy with Guzaarish (2010).

It was later reported that the two had spoken and buried the hatchet. And it looks like there isn’t any animosity left between the two. In fact, Hrithik has now come out in support of Salman’s Being Human Foundation.

A source close to the actor reveals, “Hrithik went over to the Being Human store in Bandra a few days ago. He is the first big star to have gone there. He was atthe store for some time.

Hrithik looked around and was happy with all that was on offer. He really liked the initiative.” The source goes on to add that he shopped a lot at the store and the staff was happy to see him there. They wanted to interact with him and the actor gladly obliged.

Apparently, Hrithik even posed for photographs. The source says, “The staff wanted to click photos with him. He patiently stood and posed, and even gave some autographs. In his interactions, Hrithik promised to return whenever he’d get time in between his shoots.”

Salman launched the Being Human store in Bandra recently and has so far been getting positive reviews for his initiative. The source adds, “Hrithik is equally involved in other charity initiatives. He was happy with the way the store has shaped up.”

★ Being Human scales up with online store, global presence


Salman Khan’s apparel brand Being Human, set up for charity, isreally scaling up. The line, launched a week ago in India, willunveil its online store in April. The launch is part of the brand’s efforts to cash in on the Bollywood superstar’s huge fan following on social media sites. Being Human scales up with online store, global presence

“There are at least 20 million people who follow Salman Khan on different social media sites,” said Manish Mandhana, managingdirector, Mandhana Industries, the licencee partner for Being Human. “Most people are buying online and it’s going to be the future.”
“There are small cities in remote places spread across the country where Being Human stores may take a long time to open but the aspiration levels there are quite high,” he added.
The Bombay Stock Exchange-listed company has tied up with adomestic and an international player in the e-commerce space for the launch.
Being Human is Salman Khan’s charitable foundation, whose line of T-shirts is popular among the youth. The brand is eyeing 150 Being Human stores by 2014, of which 50 will be company-ownedwhile the rest will be franchisee-owned.
